Vendor Opportunities

Vendors may choose to participate for the full season, by the week, or on a daily basis, depending on availability. Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once applications are approved.

Vendor FAQ

 Vendors may staff their own booths or opt into our Centralized Checkout System, where Rogue Studio Productions staff will handle sales on your behalf. This option includes an inventory management system, allowing you to track sales in real time and receive weekly payout reports. A small commission is applied to cover staffing and payment processing.

 Yes, the market will take place indoors at the historic Coca-Cola Bottling Plant in downtown Palatka. There will also be a one-night Outdoor Night Market on November 28 on the same evening of the kick-off day and an optional patio tent setup for those who prefer an outdoor space.

 No. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, displays, and décor. Booths are expected to maintain a festive holiday appearance.

 Vendors may choose from full season, weekly, or daily participation options, depending on booth type and availability.

 Yes. The market building will be locked and secured after hours. Vendors who opt for the centralized checkout system may leave inventory in place.

 Full-season vendors will have designated setup days during the week prior to opening (Nov. 21–24). Vendors participating for shorter terms will be assigned setup windows as their dates approach.

 Accepted vendors will receive an invoice via Square from Downtown Palatka, Inc. (DPI). All invoices must be paid by October 18, 2025, in order to secure booth space.

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
